The playing field measures 24/44 m and is covered with a removable wooden floor - Speed Lock S20, a licensed product of the leader in the production of sports flooring - Tarket, Germany. The disassembly of the flooring allows the safe use of the hall for events of a non-sporting nature such as concerts, exhibitions and other social events. It is possible to install an additional prefabricated stage. The concert capacity is 2,000 seats.
The sports equipment is produced by one of the most famous companies in this field - Schelde, in particular, a Super Sam 325 basketball basket and an electronic information board Bodet (France). The seats for the stands are foldable, made of non-combustible plastic, meeting the high requirements for ergonomics and comfort.
The facility is located in a communicative place in the city, and the main pedestrian approach is from the north, from "Zahari Stoyanov" street, through a square space with a fountain, alleys with benches and green areas. The building has a compact, clean shape, developed on four functional levels. Its construction is mixed monolithic, reinforced concrete, skeletal with reinforced concrete washers.
